CAESAR SALAD
Hearts of romaine lettuce tossed with our distinctive Caesar dressing, baked croutons, anchovy filets (should you wish) & a generous dusting of Reggiano Parmesan to top everything off.
 
HOUSE SALAD
Crisp greens topped with carrots, tomato, cucumber, peppers, & onion. Served with your choice of dressing on the side.
 
HOMEMADE GREEN BEAN FRIES
Fresh green beans lightly battered & deep fried to perfection. Served with homemade ranch dressing on the side.

Lightly battered & deep fried. Served with roasted red pepper aoli sauce.

4 Oysters served on the half shell with horseradish, cocktail sauce & a lemon wedge.

HALF RACK OF BABY BACK RIBS & GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
Marinated in our chef's own Jack Daniel sauce, a 1/2 rack of slow roasted baby back ribs & a chicken breast. Served with coleslaw & choice of potato.

8 oz. Certified black angus N.Y. strip & 1 stuffed jumbo shrimp. Served with choice of potato & vegetable.
 
PAN SEARED HERB-MARINATED RACK OF LAMB
Marinated with olive oil, fresh garlic, rosemary, & thyme. Served with vegetable, choice of potato & mint jelly on the side.
 
ROASTED BLACK ANGUS PRIME RIB
14 oz. Cut of specially seasoned, slow roasted prime rib served in its natural juices. Plated with choice of potato & vegetable. 
 
BLACKENED CAJUN AHI TUNA STEAK
Ahi tuna steak rubbed with a special blend of Cajun spices then blackened to perfection. Served with choice of potato & vegetable.
 
SAUTEED VEAL & CHEESE TORTELLINI MARSALA
Hand pounded veal sauteed & served over cheese tortellini in a Marsala sauce. Served with garlic bread.
